Actually, this is our first rodeo...
We launched this small family business in the spring of 2026, after a decade of exploring food-based healing and slow, from-scratch cooking. We invested in our mill in January of 2025 and have spent the last year and a half learning the art of something we've become so passionate about. With many fails under our belt, we've finally acquired some consistent successes, too! Whether it's the finished product you're interested in, or adding a milling setup to your own kitchen, we'd love to share with you what we've learned.
